The Australia Brazil Chamber of Commerce has joined with the Carbon Market Institute, the Investor Group on Climate Change and Corrs Chambers Westgarth to host two panel discussions where industry experts will discuss pathways for investment and collaboration between Australia and Brazil to support the energy transition as part of the target of reaching ‘net zero’ by 2050. The ABCC is currently full steam ahead with planning for Brazil Week 2024. This year will once again feature a wide range of events spread across multiple cities, including Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. The ABCC is proudly hosting two events during the upcoming visit program by Australia's Ambassador to Brazil, Ms Sophie Davies. All event featured a wide mix of business professionals, academics, entrepreneurs, and government representatives taking advantage of the Chamber’s unique platform for fostering relationships and contributing to the strengthening of ties between Australia and Brazil. . The business luncheon will feature an address by Minister for Trade and Tourism, Senator Don Farrell, and will provide an overview of the Australian Government's trade agenda.
