Brisbane’s ‘Brazil Week’ to showcase cultural, business and institutional links this September
The inaugural edition of ‘Brazil Week’ in Brisbane will be held from the 1st to the 8th of September, 2022.
Timed to align with Brazil’s 200th Anniversary of Independence from Portugal, on the 7th of September, 2022, Brazil Week will showcase a wide range of the country’s cultural traditions, institutional links with Australia and trade opportunities across a series of events and exhibitions. These include:
Valeria Noleto, Honorary Consul of Brazil in Brisbane and CEO of the Australia Brazil Chamber of Commerce (ABCC), which has been integral in developing this project, said the inaugural Brazil Week has the all the makings of an important new annual event for Australia Brazil relations.
“Brazil Week in Brisbane will provide business leaders, authorities and the general public with a chance to discover Brazil’s world leading status across a wide range of sectors, including agribusiness, aviation and fashion.
